Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is not marked as Final Sale.

Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all original tags attached
• Free of odors (perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.)
• Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked Final Sale.

Items in the following three collections are Final Sale and cannot be returned under any condition.

Final Sale items are not eligible for:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds

This policy applies regardless of reason.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

Place a new order once the return is approved

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided the item is not marked Final Sale.

Returned items must still meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.

Customers remain responsible for return shipping, and the 15% restocking fee applies.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• The 15% restocking fee will be deducted
• Processing may take up to 10 business days
